I walked in for a new car and had Cory help me out he knew his cars and took the time to really explain what each model had that could benefit me, totally knowledgeable. Finance was a breeze unlike other finance dept trying to sell you over prices product they were honest about warranty's and again explained how they worked, Susan came out to congratulate me on my purchase and she is the head of finance When I got to my beautiful new car with a huge now the GM Al was there waiting to greet me with Cory and totally made me feel like a part of the Toyota Family Nice Job T.O Toyota! My mom had to take her truck and had Raul Avalos helped her and was super nice, very helpful and wasn't pushy a bit! We got the truck back after a tuneup and would definitely ask for Raul again.

Patricia and Neema took care of me here. Neema was too busy so Patricia took the reins. I'm thankful for the team effort. communication was great. they found a truck with my specs but it was still in production. 3 weeks to delivery. Patricia contacted me with a date. Neema followed up. i picked up my truck on 6/9 with my fiance - red carpet treatment. Patricia had the car washed and filled it up. the days before she sent me picture of the items and the options i received with the package that had chosen. red bow and clean truck when we arrived for pick up.
